As a complement to our trainings, we organize worksite camps, combining hands-on learning, collective living, and self-management. These events are spaces for exchange and cooperation, where each participant:

• Contributes to daily management (cooking, logistics, organization).
• Takes part in role and task distribution according to their skills and energy.
• Learns from one another in a supportive and friendly environment

These camps are often paired with a structured training program to ensure continuity between theory and practice.

The concept of worksite camps was inspired by the camptiers organized by Terre-Paille et Compagnie, the French association led by Pascal Depienne.
