My experience at Ermitaj Malin was mainly in the kitchen, as I was a volunteer during the 2024 Permaculture course hold there. I was invited by a friend who knew Remy and Coline and I must say: it was a wholesome experience where I met the kind of people I want to be around with. The connection that I had there with everybody was so pure and authentic. I went mushroom picking in the forest, carying milk in a patch from a local cow farm, foraging from the garden with fresh veggies and aromatical plants, it was a dream. All while I prepared delicios food in a well organized kitchen lead with precision by chef Remy and Coline ๐
Being so far into Nature, I cannot say if the people or the place or both made it such a wonderful experience, I think both the place and the people. I invite everybody to have a taste or try a residency there or hold a course or event, this place has its own charm.
