A practical event mainly dedicated to adults who want to discover how to safely and responsibly integrate wild edible plants and mushrooms into their everyday diet.
This is neither a purely theoretical course nor a simple walk in nature. It is a hands-on experience where you observe, identify, touch, taste and experiment.
Children are welcome, but the activities are not specifically designed for them. They may participate only if accompanied by a dedicated adult able to explain and adapt the technical information throughout the activities.

- How to integrate them into simple recipes
- Interesting cooking techniques using wild ingredients

Each edition is different, depending on the season, weather conditions and what nature offers at that moment.

Financial organisation
1) Workshops fee (Incredible)
500 RON / person.
Covers educational facilitation, activities and materials. Payment is made directly through Incredible’s website.
2) Accommodation and meals (Ermitaj Malin)
Full board is organised and invoiced separately by Ermitaj.
The contribution covers:
- Accommodation for the 3 days
- Balanced meals (from breakfast on the first day to lunch on the last day)
- Snacks and drinks
- Logistics and kitchen team
The contribution system is adapted to monthly household income to allow fair and sustainable participation.

Location
The event takes place at Ermitaj Malin, an off-grid learning space rooted in permaculture, natural building and regenerative living. Orchard, garden, pasture and forest create a living classroom for hands-on learning and community life.
